About the rule
What it is
Executive Order 13526, signed in 2009, prescribes the US government’s uniform system for classifying, safeguarding and declassifying national security information. Its implementing directive, 32 CFR Part 2001, is issued by the Information Security Oversight Office (ISOO) of the National Archives. Together they apply to executive branch agencies and to others, such as contractors, who are given access to classified information.

Diplomatic Cable Archive & Search
The State Department relies on historical precedent for foreign policy. This highly secure, semantic search engine indexes decades of diplomatic cables. It helps diplomats quickly retrieve historical context for current crises, filtering results by each user's clearance and "Need to Know" before anything is shown. Access is only as accurate as document markings and clearance data, and classification decisions remain with your authorized officials.

Foreign Disclosure/Release (FDR) Workflow
Sharing intelligence with coalition partners is critical but legally complex. This decision-support tool assists Foreign Disclosure Officers in determining what information can be shared with specific allies (e.g., "Five Eyes" vs. NATO). It checks classification markings against export laws (ITAR) and disclosure treaties.

Palantir "Gotham" Integration & Governance
Palantir is a powerful analytics tool, but it requires clean data. Moraph manages the data pipelines feeding into Palantir, checking data quality, lineage, and classification markings before ingestion and holding failing records for your data stewards. This reduces "garbage in, garbage out" in intelligence analysis; classification decisions remain with your trained classifiers.

Satellite/Geospatial Data Lake
Intelligence agencies collect petabytes of satellite imagery. We architect and manage massive, high-throughput storage arrays optimized for this data, enabling rapid ingestion and AI processing to detect changes in terrain or force buildup.

Wargaming & Simulation Sandbox
Testing strategies requires simulation. We manage the virtual environments for running large-scale war games, with compute that scales for each event and separation between exercises so data from one cannot be seen from another. Participation, data and authorization decisions remain your organization's.
