The core service
Managed EHR hosting: we host and manage your CPSI, Meditech or Cerner CommunityWorks environment in our cloud, including backups, updates and disaster recovery.
Endpoint protection: CrowdStrike or SentinelOne on every hospital computer, with detections triaged and contained by our security operations center within the containment policy you approve. No endpoint tool guarantees that ransomware will be stopped. Restoring systems after an incident is your hospital's responsibility, and we support the investigation.
Email Security (Proofpoint): filters malicious mail, flags messages that impersonate your executives or vendors and removes dangerous messages after delivery. No filter stops every phishing message, so a verification step for payment and bank-detail changes is still needed.
Virtual CISO: fractional security leadership that reports to your board on risk, maintains your policies and leads incident response planning.

Critical Access Hospitals
Revenue depends on referrals and authorizations getting through and on claims leaving clean. The Referral & Prior Auth Gateway checks coverage, submits prior authorization requests electronically where the payer accepts them and tracks each to a decision; it does not submit claims. Physician On-Call Scheduling keeps the on-call list that EMTALA requires current and publishes it to the switchboard and ED; it does not page physicians or verify privileges. We also provide secure remote access so coders, billers, radiologists and pharmacists can work off site on nights and weekends.
Rural Health Clinics
A clinic on one internet line is closed when that line is cut. Managed SD-WAN bonds fiber, LTE and satellite links so the clinic stays online. We add mobile intake forms and appointment reminders, and telehealth visits that follow the same check-in steps as an in-person visit, so patients can have follow-ups from home.
Independent Community Hospitals
Patients transferred to a regional referral center need their records to travel with them and to come back. We build those interfaces, and route inbound faxes from referral partners into the EHR with Cloud Fax (eFax Corporate). Staff still confirm the patient and document type before anything is filed, and a fax stays a page image. Simple dashboards for readmission rates, ED throughput and patient satisfaction help you show your quality to the community.

Rural hospitals rarely have a CISO, a network architect and a cloud engineer on staff. Our service desk handles your tickets and treats a CT scanner outage at a Critical Access Hospital as urgent. We can also manage your technology vendors, from the internet provider to the copier company, including their contracts.
