Moraph Healthcare Solutions does two kinds of work for providers, payers and research organizations. We build applications for the work an EHR leaves to fax, spreadsheets and phone calls, such as prior authorization and credentialing. We also implement and run third-party platforms, such as Microsoft Teams, TigerConnect and Imprivata, for use with protected health information (PHI).

In both cases your EHR stays the system of record. Our software reads from it and writes back to it, and clinical decisions stay with your staff. When one of these systems is down, a referral waits, a new physician cannot bill or a nurse cannot reach the on-call doctor.

Applications that work beside the EHR

• Referral & Prior Auth Gateway: checks coverage for each referral or order, works out whether the payer needs prior authorization, submits the request electronically where the payer accepts it and tracks it to a decision. Where a payer only takes requests in its own portal, a specialist submits it there. Approval stays with the payer.

• Credentialing & Privileging Portal: runs primary-source checks against licensing boards and exclusion lists and assembles the file for committee review. Boards without an automated lookup are checked by a specialist. Moraph is not a credentials verification organization, and your organization makes its own NPDB queries.

• Clinical Trial Patient Recruitment App: pre-screening, eConsent with the IRB-approved version, reminders and participant-reported symptoms. Site staff decide eligibility and whether a report is an adverse event.

Platforms we run for clinical use

We resell, implement and operate platforms such as Microsoft Teams, TigerConnect (Secure Messaging) and Imprivata badge sign-on. The vendor's own service commitments and outages still apply, and a vendor's BAA is your agreement with that vendor. Our BAA covers our administration and support. We also implement Zoom for Healthcare, Snowflake and Databricks where the scope calls for them.

After go-live

After go-live we monitor the interfaces and cloud environments we run, and flag failed messages, unencrypted storage and unusual access to your teams. Our service desk ranks tickets by clinical effect, so a frozen ICU workstation comes before a slow office printer. Fixing clinical data in a source system and following up a delayed result stay with your organization.
