A DMV issues identity documents that other agencies rely on. Its records are driver and vehicle files, the source documents behind each REAL ID, and the links to AAMVA's national systems, including the Problem Driver Pointer System (PDPS) and NMVTIS. DHS audits REAL ID issuance under 6 CFR Part 37. A missing source document is an audit finding. A broken link to an AAMVA system means a license or title decided on incomplete data.
DOTs and toll authorities fail in other ways: a roadside device that someone has tampered with, a federal-aid obligation that lapses, a toll billed to the wrong account.
Where Moraph products apply
Moraph has no DMV or tolling product. Most of the work on this page is delivered as projects under a statement of work. Three Moraph products do apply.
Birth certificates behind REAL ID
Vital Records Digitization & Fraud Guard is used by the state vital records office, not the DMV. It matters to a DMV because each certified copy it issues carries a verification code that relying agencies can check. The REAL ID Act is among the standards listed on its product page. Where your state takes part in EVVE, certificate data and death flags are available through that service.
Federal-aid spending
The Grant Factory matches spending from your financial system to each federal award and tracks deadlines and Build America, Buy America requirements, so obligations do not lapse unnoticed. It does not submit reports or drawdowns, and it is not your accounting system.
Questions from other agencies
The Inter-Agency "Silo Breaker" Data Bridge lets another agency ask the DMV a specific question and receive only the fields its agreement permits, with every query logged. The DMV installs and maintains an adapter. The product is listed for federal civilian agencies; confirm its fit with us.

AAMVA connection tests: automated checks of your links to the AAMVA hub (PDPS, NMVTIS), run under a managed service.
Department of Transportation
Roadside device security: sensors and dynamic message signs protected against tampering that could change speed limits or close tunnels.
Traffic management centers: Waze, 911 dispatch and DOT camera data in one view, so operators do not depend on phone calls to detect crashes.
Asset management: IBM Maximo or Trimble Unity for bridges, guardrails and snowplows.
Construction management: Procore or Aurigo Masterworks, so inspectors record daily reports and change orders in the field and contractor payments are not held up by paperwork.
Bid review: contractor line items normalized and compared with historical prices to flag unbalanced bids.
Tolling & Turnpike Authorities
Back office: all-electronic tolling systems sized for holiday-weekend transaction volume.
Image review: detection of unreadable plates and misclassified vehicles, to recover revenue lost to technical error.
Interoperability: exchanges with other toll agencies, such as the E-ZPass Group, so out-of-state drivers are billed correctly and funds settle accurately.
