Selling to Moraph

If you provide software, services or insurance that a company like ours could use, we want to know about it. Submit your offering online: every submission is read by our procurement team and routed to the person who owns that budget, so you reach the right decision-maker without a single cold call.

How to reach us

One way in, read by the right people

We do not take unsolicited sales calls, meetings or demos, and our offices and staff will direct you here. That is not a brush-off: it is how we make sure every offer is looked at properly instead of depending on who happened to pick up the phone.

Read by procurement

A member of our procurement team reads every submission and checks it against our current and planned needs.

Routed to the budget owner

Relevant submissions go to the person who owns spending in that category, whether that is people and benefits, IT, security, facilities or marketing.

Kept on file

Submissions are kept on file and searched when a need arises, so an offer that does not fit today can still be considered when a contract comes up for renewal.

What to submit

What helps us assess your offer

A short, specific submission is more useful than a brochure. These are the categories we buy in, and what we need to know.

CategoryExamplesEspecially useful to tell us

Benefits and insuranceHealth and life insurance, retirement plans, wellbeing programs, corporate insuranceMarkets covered, how plans are administered across countries, licensing in each market
Recruiting servicesJob advertising, assessment tools, background checksHow you avoid bias, how candidate data is protected. Recruitment agencies should see our agency policy instead.

In every case, include what problem you solve, for whom, a pricing model or range, and references from organizations of a similar size or sector if you have them.

How we evaluate

What we look for in a supplier

Our clients are banks, health systems and public agencies, and their regulators expect us to manage our own suppliers carefully. We weigh six things.

Fit

Whether the offer solves a need we actually have, at our scale, across the countries we operate in.

Total cost

Not just the price, but implementation, integration, training, renewal terms and the cost of leaving if it does not work.

Security and privacy

How you protect data and access, evidenced by independent reports where they exist, not only by questionnaire answers.

Regulatory fit

Whether using you would hold up when our clients, their auditors or their examiners look at our supply chain.

References

What organizations like ours say about working with you, especially when something went wrong.

Stability

Your financial health and continuity plans, because changing suppliers in a regulated environment is costly for everyone.

Suppliers who handle data

What we require before we share data or access

If your product or service would hold, process or have access to our data, our people’s data or our systems, these requirements come before any contract. They are part of how we meet our own clients’ expectations, set out in our Trust Center.

Security questionnaire

A completed security assessment covering access control, encryption, logging, vulnerability management, incident response and business continuity.

Independent assurance

A SOC 2 Type II report or ISO/IEC 27001 certificate where relevant to the service, with its scope, and how you address any exceptions it records.

Data agreements

A data processing agreement, and a business associate agreement where protected health information is involved. Data residency terms where data must stay in a particular country.

Sub-processors

A list of the sub-processors that would handle our data, where they are located, and how you tell us before adding or changing one.

Breach notification

Contractual terms for telling us promptly about any incident affecting our data, with the information we need to meet our own obligations to clients and regulators.

Ongoing review

Agreement to periodic reassessment, and to tell us about changes to ownership, location of data or security posture during the contract.

Supplier code

How we expect suppliers to work with us

Every supplier agrees to our supplier code when they submit an offering and again when they sign a contract. It applies to everyone acting on the supplier’s behalf.

Ethics and anti-bribery

No gifts, hospitality, payments or favors to influence a decision, offered to anyone at Moraph or to anyone else on our behalf. Compliance with anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws wherever you operate.

Conflicts of interest

Tell us about any relationship with a Moraph employee or their family that could affect, or appear to affect, a decision. Declared conflicts are managed; hidden ones end the relationship.

Human rights

No forced, bonded or child labor anywhere in your supply chain, fair treatment of workers, and cooperation with our modern slavery and human rights due diligence.

Fair competition

Compete on the merits. No sharing of information about our procurement with other bidders, and no attempts to go around the process.

Confidentiality

Treat anything you learn about Moraph, our people or our clients as confidential, and don’t name us as a customer without written permission.

Sustainability

Work to reduce the environmental impact of what you supply, and be ready to share information about it when we ask.

Diverse and small businesses

Open to every qualified supplier

We welcome submissions from small businesses and from businesses owned by women, minorities, veterans, people with disabilities and LGBTQIA+ people. Tell us in your submission if your business holds a recognized certification, and we will make sure it is considered by the budget owner. Our requirements are proportionate: we ask for the assurance a service actually needs, so a small supplier is not shut out by paperwork written for the largest.

After you submit

What happens next

  1. Received

    Your submission is logged

It is stored with your category and details so it can be found when a need comes up.

  2. Reviewed

    Procurement reads it

A member of the procurement team checks it against current needs, upcoming renewals and our requirements.

  3. Routed

    The budget owner sees it

If there is a possible fit, it goes to the person responsible for that category of spending.

  4. Contact

We get in touch if there is a need

If we want to know more, procurement contacts you to ask for information, a demonstration or a proposal. If there is no current need, we keep your submission on file and won’t ask you to resubmit it.

  5. Evaluation

    A structured process

When we buy, we compare suppliers against the same criteria and complete our security and data reviews before any contract.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Why don’t you take sales calls?

Because calls reach whoever answers, not the person who owns the budget, and they take people away from client work. A written submission is read by procurement and reaches the right person, which is better for you too.

Can I follow up on my submission?

You don’t need to. If we have a need, procurement will contact you. If your offering changes significantly, submit an update and mention your earlier submission.

How long do you keep my submission?

We keep submissions on file while they may be relevant to a future need, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time. How we handle the personal information in it is set out in our Privacy Policy.

I already supply Moraph. Who do I contact about invoices or my contract?

Your existing Moraph contact or the accounts payable details on your purchase order. This page is for new offerings only.

Can I send gifts, samples or invitations to staff?

Please don’t. Our supplier code does not allow gifts or hospitality intended to influence a decision, and samples should go through procurement if we request them.

I’m a recruitment agency. Is this the right place?

No. See our recruitment agency policy, which explains how agencies work with us and how to register interest.
