Newsroom
Media and analyst enquiries
For journalists, broadcasters, podcast producers and industry analysts. Tell us what you are working on and when you need it, and our communications team will come back to you with an answer, a spokesperson or a clear no.
Media enquiries
How to reach us
Use the media request form or email press@moraph.com. Both reach the same communications team. Please don’t call our offices or contact staff directly for comment: requests that come through the newsroom are answered faster and by the right person.
What to include
Your name, outlet and role; the topic and the angle of the piece; the specific questions; your deadline with its time zone; and whether you want a written statement, a background briefing or an interview on the record.
Deadlines
Tell us your real deadline and we will work to it. If we cannot meet it, we say so straight away rather than letting it pass in silence, so you can plan around us.
Who answers
The communications team handles every request. Where a subject expert is the right voice, we arrange the conversation and agree the terms with you before it starts.
Ground rules
On the record, embargoes and fact-checking
We agree the terms of every conversation before it starts, and we keep to them. These are our usual practices.
Attribution
Unless we agree otherwise in advance, everything a Moraph spokesperson tells you is on the record and may be attributed to them by name and title, or to “a Moraph spokesperson” for written statements. If we want something on background, we will ask before we say it, not after.
Embargoes
When we share news ahead of publication, the embargo time and time zone are stated at the top of the material. We ask you to confirm the embargo before we send anything under it.
Fact-checking
We are glad to confirm facts, figures, names, titles and the spelling of our products. Send the specific statements you want checked. We do not ask to review or approve your copy.
Corrections
If something about Moraph has been published incorrectly, we will contact the outlet with the correct information and the source for it, and ask for a correction where it matters to readers.
Expert commentary
Experts for your story
Our people work every day on the technology that banks, health systems and public agencies depend on, and on the rules that govern it. They can explain how things work in practice, what a new rule means for the organizations it applies to, and what to watch next.
| Area | Typical topics |
|---|---|
| Financial services technology and regulation | Bank and credit union technology, supervision and recordkeeping for broker-dealers and advisers, examiner expectations, operational resilience rules such as DORA and APRA CPS 234 |
| Healthcare operations and interoperability | Prior authorization, patient access, data exchange standards such as HL7 and FHIR, protecting health information under HIPAA |
| Public-sector technology | Citizen services, records and FOIA programs, criminal justice information under CJIS, cloud authorizations such as FedRAMP |
| Security operations and resilience | Ransomware and incident response, identity and zero trust, round-the-clock monitoring, recovering from outages |
| Data and AI governance | Using AI where decisions are regulated, model risk management, data residency and sovereign hosting, privacy engineering |
| Delivering programs in regulated industries | Why technology programs succeed or stall, vendor management, working to audit and exam standards |
What we will do
Explain how systems, regulations and operations work; give an informed view on industry developments; provide background so your reporting is accurate, even when we are not quoted.
What we won’t do
Name clients, or discuss a client’s systems, incidents or contracts, without that client’s permission. Comment on rumours or speculation about other companies. Give investment, legal or medical advice.
Live incidents
When a major outage or cyber attack is in the news, we can explain in general terms how such incidents unfold and are contained. We do not speculate about who is responsible or comment on an organization’s response while it is under way.

Logo and brand
Using our name and logo
Getting the logo
Our logo is available on request from the communications team, in formats for print, web and broadcast. Please use the files we send rather than copies taken from the website.
Using it correctly
Don’t alter, recolor, stretch, crop or animate the logo, or combine it with other marks. Leave clear space around it, and use it on a plain background where it is easy to read.
Writing our name
Write Moraph with a capital M and the rest in lower case, in running text as in headlines. Our business units are named in full the first time they appear.
Using our logo to suggest a partnership, endorsement or customer relationship needs our written permission. Partners and clients should ask their Moraph contact.
Analyst relations
For industry analysts
We brief analysts who cover financial services, healthcare and government technology, security operations, managed services and data and AI governance.
Briefings
Ask for a briefing through the media request form, choosing “Analyst briefing”, and tell us your coverage area and the questions you want answered. We bring the people who run the work, not only the people who sell it.
Evaluations and surveys
Send the scope, the timetable and the questionnaire. We will tell you early whether we can take part, and if we can’t, why.
Client references
Where clients agree to speak with analysts, we arrange it with their permission. We never share a client’s name or details without it.
Insights
Our published analysis
Our Insights include Looking Back, a weekly series on what each week since January 2020 meant for the leaders who run technology at banks, health systems and public agencies. You are welcome to cite it with attribution and a link.
