The announcement
New York, 18 October 2026. Moraph, which builds and runs technology for banks, health systems and public agencies, today launched Moraph for Good, the program through which it gives its software, security expertise and people’s time to organizations that serve the public. The program has its own website, moraph.org, where eligible organizations can apply.
Community lenders, free clinics, small local governments and legal aid offices hold the same sensitive records, and answer to the same rules, as the institutions Moraph works for, usually with a fraction of the staff. Moraph for Good offers them the software, security help and people Moraph provides to its clients, held to the same standard.
Five programs
Access: Moraph software, donated or discounted. Applications Moraph builds for regulated work, offered to eligible organizations at no cost or at a reduced price, set up with them and run to the same standard as for paying clients.
Shield: security help for small teams. A security review in plain words from the people who run Moraph’s security operations, help with hardening, a one-page incident plan and a tabletop exercise.
Pro Bono: Moraph people on an organization’s hardest project. Engineers, data specialists, compliance and privacy professionals and project managers, on a project with a written scope, a named lead, an end date and a handover.
Pathways: routes into regulated technology. Teaching and mentoring with workforce organizations and community colleges in the cities where Moraph works. Pathways is in development, and Moraph is inviting partner organizations to get in touch.
Commons: what Moraph knows, published free. Practical guides any organization can use without applying, starting with a security field guide for small organizations.
Three causes
The causes follow Moraph’s three industry divisions, at their public-interest end:
Financial inclusion: community development credit unions and lenders, free tax preparation and financial counseling nonprofits, and housing counseling agencies.
Health access: free and charitable clinics, community health centers, and rural and critical access hospitals.
Civic resilience: small and rural local governments, tribal governments, public libraries, and legal aid and public defender offices.
Who can apply
Organizations serving the public in the ten countries where Moraph has offices: the United States, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, the United Kingdom, Armenia, India, the Philippines, Australia and New Zealand. The full eligibility criteria are published on moraph.org/apply.
How the program is run
Moraph for Good is a program of Moraph LLC. It is not a registered charity or a foundation, it does not accept donations, and it gives software, expertise and time rather than cash grants.
The work is done by Moraph employees during working time, alongside the teams that serve Moraph’s paying clients. Applications are reviewed by the Moraph for Good team against the published criteria, not by sales, and applicants are not added to marketing lists. Every engagement has a written scope, a named Moraph lead and an end date before work starts. Once there is a year of work to report, Moraph will publish what the program did, with real figures only.
How to apply
Organizations apply at moraph.org/apply. One form covers every program, and a person from the Moraph for Good team reads every application. Applying costs nothing, and neither do Shield, Pro Bono and Commons; Access software is donated or discounted, with the terms agreed in writing before anything starts.
