Partner Program
Bring us the organizations that cannot afford to fail
Banks, consultancies, accounting firms, brokers and associations already advise the credit unions, physician groups, wealth managers and public agencies we serve. The Moraph Partner Program gives them a simple, transparent way to introduce those clients to us, or to deliver alongside us, and be recognized for it.
Ways to partner
Three ways to work with us
The difference is how involved you stay once your client starts working with us. Choose the one that fits how you serve your clients; many partners use more than one.
Referral partners
You know an organization that needs what we do. You introduce us, with their permission, and step back. We take it from there, keep you informed, and credit the business to you under your partner agreement.
Referral partnersConsulting & advisory partners
You advise the client on strategy, compliance or operations and want the plan delivered well. You stay involved: we deliver the implementation together, or we take over the running of it after go-live while you keep the advisory relationship.
Consulting & advisory partnersPlatform partners
Alongside our own applications, we resell, implement and manage the platforms around them, for productivity, identity, data, security and communications. If your platform serves regulated organizations, tell us about it.
Who partners with us
Organizations our clients already trust
The best introductions come from people who understand a client’s business and its obligations. These are the partners we work with most often, and the clients they tend to bring.
| Partner | Clients they know | Where we usually help |
|---|---|---|
| Banks and credit unions with business banking teams | Physician groups and ambulatory networks, registered investment advisers, municipalities and school districts, fintech partners | Healthcare operations and patient access, compliant supervision and archiving for wealth firms, records and citizen services for local government |
| Correspondent and bankers’ banks, core processors’ partners | Community banks and credit unions | Vendor risk, examiner-ready security and compliance, CRM and digital transactions for finance |
| Strategy, compliance and operations consultancies | Banks, health systems and agencies with a plan that now needs delivering | Implementing and running the technology the strategy calls for |
| Accounting, audit and advisory firms | Organizations with findings from an audit, a SOC 2 readiness review or a regulatory exam | Closing control gaps, starting with a pre-audit gap analysis |
| Insurance brokers | Clients asked by cyber insurers for stronger controls | Identity, backup and recovery, and 24/7 monitoring through Global Resilience Operations |
| Industry and professional associations | Their members: credit unions, medical groups, county and city governments | Programs and briefings for members, and solutions at the scale a single member can manage |
| IT and managed services providers | Clients whose regulated work has outgrown general IT support | FedRAMP, HIPAA, CJIS and FINRA-ready environments, with the provider kept on for everyday support where the client wants |
How it works
From application to credited referral
- Step 1
Apply
Create an account on the Moraph Partner Portal and tell us about your organization, the clients you serve and how you would like to work with us. It takes a few minutes. If you prefer, use our short application form instead.
- Step 2
Agree and onboard
A call with our Partnerships team, then a partner agreement that sets out the terms, including any referral fees. You get a named partner manager and a briefing on what we do and for whom.
- Step 3
Introduce a client
With your client’s permission, register the referral in the partner portal or through your partner manager. Tell us what they need in a sentence or two.
- Step 4
We confirm and engage
We confirm whether we can take the referral and who at Moraph owns it, and we tell you if we were already in conversation with the client. Then we contact them.
- Step 5
Stay informed
The portal shows where each referral stands, and your partner manager tells you when the client meets us, when a proposal goes out and when a contract is signed or the opportunity closes, without sharing anything the client asks us to keep confidential.
- Step 6
Be credited
When a referral you registered becomes a signed contract, you are credited as your agreement sets out, including any referral fee, paid on the terms in the agreement.

Our principles
Partnerships our clients’ regulators would be comfortable with
Our clients answer to examiners, auditors and inspectors general. Every referral arrangement is built so that it holds up to the same scrutiny.
The client decides
We only contact a referred organization that has agreed to hear from us. A referral never commits a client to anything, and we never ask a partner to steer a client toward us.
Disclosed, not hidden
Where a referral fee is paid, the partner and Moraph make sure it is disclosed to the client wherever the partner’s obligations or the client’s rules require it.
Public sector rules first
Government procurement has its own rules on contingent fees and influence. For public sector clients we follow them strictly, and we do not pay referral fees where they prohibit it.
Independence intact
Accounting and audit firms cannot take fees for referring their audit clients, and some professions restrict referral fees altogether. We set up the arrangement to respect those rules, without fees where needed.
Data handled with care
Share a client’s contact details only with their permission. We use them only to follow up on that referral, under our Privacy Policy.
Fair credit
A referral is registered to the partner who introduced it, from the day we accept it, for the period in the partner agreement. If two partners refer the same client, the first registration we accept is credited.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a partner agreement before referring a client?
You can introduce a client at any time, but referral fees and credit depend on a signed partner agreement, so we recommend applying first. If you refer before your agreement is signed, tell us, and we will register the referral while the agreement is completed.
Can banks refer their business clients to Moraph?
Yes. Business bankers often know first when a client is struggling with technology. Banks set up referral arrangements to fit their own obligations, such as customer disclosures and third-party risk management, and we provide what your compliance team needs for that review. Referral partners covers this in detail.
We are a consulting firm. Do we lose the client if Moraph delivers the implementation?
No. You keep the advisory relationship and decide with the client how involved you stay. Consulting & advisory partners sets out how we run joint engagements.
What happens if Moraph is already talking to the client?
We tell you when we confirm the referral. If we were already in active conversation with the client, the referral is not registered to you, and we say so straight away.
Can I refer a government agency?
Yes, and we welcome the introduction. Because of public procurement rules, we do not pay referral fees on public sector business where those rules prohibit contingent fees; your partner agreement says how this applies to you.
Is there a cost to join?
No. There is no fee to become a partner.
