How to buy

Buying from Moraph

This page answers three questions for buyers and procurement teams, especially in government: can your organization buy from Moraph, through which route, and what information will your procurement office need? Where a route is not available today, we say so.

The short answers

QuestionAnswer today
Who can buyFinancial institutions, healthcare organizations, and federal, state and local government bodies, subject to the route that fits your rules (below).
What you can buySubscriptions to Moraph-built software, managed platforms that Moraph resells, implements and runs, implementation projects, and managed services. Engagement models explains each.
Who you contract withMoraph LLC, headquartered in New York, New York.
Contract vehicles Moraph holdsNone at present. Moraph does not hold a GSA Multiple Award Schedule contract, a NASPO ValuePoint award, a government-wide acquisition contract or any state or cooperative purchasing contract. See Contract vehicles.
Federal registrationMoraph does not currently hold an active SAM.gov registration, so it has no Unique Entity ID (UEI) or CAGE code to give you yet. Most federal prime contracts require one; until then, federal buyers work with Moraph through a prime contractor (see routes).
Who to contactUse the procurement request form. It reaches the team for your sector, which coordinates the commercial, security and accessibility answers.

Purchasing routes

Routes available, and their status

We separate the routes Moraph can offer itself from those that depend on another organization holding the contract. If your procurement rules require a particular route, tell us early: it decides what we propose.

RouteHow it worksWho holds the contractStatus today
Direct agreementYou contract with Moraph LLC under a master agreement and an order form or statement of work for each product or service.MoraphAvailable to commercial organizations, and to public bodies whose own rules allow a direct award (for example below a threshold, or after their own competitive process).
Your solicitationYou publish a request for information, sources-sought notice, request for quotation or request for proposal, and Moraph responds.Moraph, if awardedAvailable for commercial and state and local solicitations. Federal prime awards wait on SAM.gov registration.
Through a prime contractor or integratorA prime contractor that already holds your contract, or is bidding for it, includes Moraph products or services as a subcontractor or teaming partner. The prime contractorAvailable, agreed case by case with the prime. The prime’s contract number, scope and ordering rules apply.
Through a reseller holding a contract vehicleAn authorized reseller lists Moraph software on a vehicle it holds, and you order from the reseller. The resellerNot available yet: no reseller currently lists Moraph on a public-sector contract vehicle. Each one will be named here, with the vehicle and what it covers, when it is in place.
A Moraph-held contract vehicleYou order directly from a schedule, cooperative or statewide contract awarded to Moraph.MoraphNot available: Moraph holds no contract vehicle today.
Licences for managed platformsFor platforms Moraph implements and runs (for example Microsoft 365 government editions, ServiceNow or Okta), the platform licences can often be bought through the vendor’s channels or agreements you already have, with Moraph providing implementation and operation.Depends on the platform vendor and your existing agreementsConfirmed for each platform and each buyer, in writing, before a proposal.

Our Partner Program is how resellers, integrators and prime contractors work with us. A partner interested in carrying Moraph on a vehicle it holds can apply there.

Contract vehicles

What we hold, and how it will be listed

A program name alone tells your contracting officer little. Every vehicle listed here will show its contract number, who holds it, what it covers and its current period, so you can check it in the issuing agency’s own records.

VehicleContract numberHeld byScopeStatus and period
No contract vehicles are held by Moraph or by a partner on Moraph’s behalf at present.

Our state and local government pages describe working within the buying routes your agency already uses. That means one of the routes above, such as a prime contractor that holds a statewide contract. It does not mean Moraph holds that contract itself.

Accessibility

Accessibility conformance reports

Public buyers often need an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) for each product they evaluate. Moraph prepares ACRs on the ITI VPAT® template, in the edition your rules call for: Section 508, EN 301 549, WCAG, or the international edition that covers all three.

An ACR describes one product at one version. Ask for the report for the product and version you are evaluating, and say which edition you need. We will tell you whether a current report exists for that version. Where one is still being prepared, we will tell you what it will cover, and we will not send a report for a different version as if it applied to yours.

For managed platforms such as Microsoft 365 or ServiceNow, the platform vendor publishes its own ACRs. We point you to them and tell you about any configuration we apply that affects accessibility.

Our general commitments are on the Accessibility page.

How a purchase proceeds

From first question to signed order

  1. Tell us the requirement

Use the request form, or send us your solicitation, the products of interest and the route your rules require.

  2. We confirm the route

We tell you which of the routes above can work for you, who would hold the contract, and anything that route still needs.

  3. Evaluation

You receive the materials your evaluation needs: capability statement, security evidence, accessibility reports, a technical briefing or demonstration.

  4. Proposal and quotation

A written proposal with scope, assumptions, responsibilities and a quotation that separates recurring from one-time charges.

  5. Agreement and onboarding

The agreement is signed through the chosen route, your team gets access to the client portal, and the engagement begins with discovery.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can a federal agency buy from Moraph today?

Through a prime contractor or integrator that holds a suitable contract, yes. A direct federal prime contract with Moraph has to wait until Moraph is registered in SAM.gov. Tell us the agency, the requirement and any contractor you already work with, and we will tell you plainly whether there is a workable route.

Are you on a GSA schedule or NASPO ValuePoint?

No. Moraph holds no contract vehicle today, and no reseller lists Moraph on one. If that changes, the vehicle will appear in the table above with its contract number, holder, scope and period.

Can our state or local agency contract with you directly?

Often, depending on your procurement code: through your own competitive solicitation, a direct award where your rules allow one, or a prime contractor that already holds a statewide contract. Your procurement office decides which applies; we work within it.

Do you publish prices?

No. Quotations depend on scope, scale and hosting requirements. Working with Moraph explains what drives a quotation and which charges are recurring or one-time, and a budgetary estimate is available on request for planning.

Is this the page for selling to Moraph?

No. This page is for organizations buying from Moraph. If you want to sell to Moraph, see Suppliers & Vendors.
