About the rule

What it is

The International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), at 22 CFR Parts 120 to 130, control the export and temporary import of defense articles and defense services on the US Munitions List, including related technical data. They are administered by the State Department’s Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Giving a foreign person access to ITAR-controlled technical data, even inside the United States, can count as an export that needs authorization.

    Mission Partner Environment (MPE) Builder

Coalition operations require ad-hoc networks. This tool automates the rapid spinning up of secure network enclaves where US forces can share data with allies for a specific mission duration, then tears them down, revoking access and sanitizing enclave storage. Disclosure decisions remain with your foreign disclosure officers.
