About the rule
What it is
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) are published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) as the international standard for making web content accessible to people with disabilities. WCAG 2.1 became a W3C Recommendation in 2018, and conformance is graded at levels A, AA and AAA. WCAG is not a law in itself, but laws and regulations, such as the Department of Justice’s ADA Title II rule, adopt it by reference.

Citizens expect to interact with their city as easily as they do with Amazon. This CRM platform aggregates citizen requests (potholes, missed trash, noise complaints) from multiple channels—phone, mobile app, web, and social media—into a single geospatial workflow. It routes work orders directly to Public Works crews and provides citizens with real-time status updates, closing the feedback loop.

Legislative Management Suite (The "Open Meeting" Engine)
Local councils are bound by "Sunshine Laws" and Open Meeting Acts that require transparency. This suite automates the legislative lifecycle: agenda creation, live-streaming integration, minutes publishing, and archival. It publishes votes and documents to a searchable public portal and records each step, helping the clerk show that notice and publication rules were followed; interpreting and complying with open-meetings law remains the municipality's responsibility.

Permitting & Licensing Accelerator
A self-service portal that demystifies the complex zoning and code requirements for building permits and business licenses. Utilizing a "TurboTax-style" wizard, it guides applicants through the process and checks that applications are complete before they are submitted. It is designed to reduce counter wait times and help businesses open faster; the rules it applies are configured and maintained by your staff, and reviewers make every decision.
