When a critical alert fires at 3 a.m. in New York, it is picked up by a team for whom it is the working day, in our Global Resilience Operations centers.

Tier 1 and 2 teams in Manila and Mumbai cover the US night, with a target first response of under 15 minutes for critical issues.
Tier 3 escalation
Tier 3 engineering escalates to core teams in New York, London and Sydney, and each region hands over to the next with a formal briefing.

Europe
Open banking and privacy engineering
From London, our European teams focus on complex engineering, open banking integrations and privacy engineering, with UK hosting for GDPR, UK banking and DORA requirements.
Asia-Pacific
Overnight cover and delivery
Manila and Mumbai provide Tier 1 and 2 cover through the US night, Sydney hosts Tier 3 engineering, and the hubs in Manila, Mumbai, Sydney and Auckland also staff implementation projects.
Local rules
Local regulation, local hosting.
Our teams work in the markets we serve and configure client environments against the local rules: GDPR and UK GDPR in Europe, DORA for EU financial entities, US federal requirements such as FedRAMP and the CJIS Security Policy, and APRA CPS 234 in Australia.
Sensitive workloads run in our private cloud in Switch facilities in the United States, Ark Data Centres in the United Kingdom and NextDC in Sydney, so contracted client data can stay in the country the law requires. Details are in our Trust Center.
We place AI research, cybersecurity forensics and user experience design work in the offices where we can hire for it, and those engineers work together in the Moraph Fusion Center.
