Integration Engineer (HL7 / FHIR)
About the role
Connect systems that were never designed to talk to each other. You will build and maintain the HL7 and FHIR interfaces between our healthcare products and hospital EMRs.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain HL7v2 and FHIR integrations with EMRs and payer systems
- Configure and monitor integration engines
- Troubleshoot message flows with client IT teams
- Protect PHI in transit and at rest
What you'll bring
- 3+ years in healthcare integration
- Hands-on experience with HL7v2 and FHIR
- Good English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with Mirth or Rhapsody
Compensation
MX$1,380,000 – MX$1,660,000 per year
Gross annual salary (MX$115,000–MX$138,000 per month), plus aguinaldo, vacation premium and other statutory benefits.
Where you land in the range depends on your experience and skills, not on how well you negotiate.
