SOC Analyst (Tier 1–2)
About the role
Be part of the team that watches over clients while the US sleeps. You will investigate security alerts in our 24/7 Security Operations Center and escalate real threats fast.
What you'll do
- Triage and investigate alerts from SIEM and endpoint tools
- Follow playbooks for common threats such as phishing and credential misuse
- Escalate confirmed incidents with clear evidence and timelines
- Contribute to detection tuning and threat intelligence
What you'll bring
- 1+ years in a SOC, IT security or IT support role
- Understanding of networking, Windows and Linux logs
- Willingness to work rotating shifts
Nice to have
- Security+, CySA+ or similar
Compensation
₱65,000 – ₱78,000 per month
Monthly base salary, plus 13th-month pay, night differential and allowances.
Where you land in the range depends on your experience and skills, not on how well you negotiate.
